If there is a print error or visible quality issue, we'll replace or refund it. For any quality issues, be sure to provide clear photos of the products on a flat, well-lit surface. This quick and simple step will help us to provide a speedy resolution.
Because products are made to order, we do not accept general returns or sizing-related returns.

Most of our products are made to order especially for you. If you wish to cancel your order, please put in a cancelation request for that order.
A cancelation request can be submitted via your account tab on the top right on the screen.
Once your order has gone to production, or been shipped we will not accept cancelation request.
Reply to your original order email with any damaged or quality issues.
For the fastest resolution, please include info demonstrating the quality issue of the print or the damaged area of the item. The most optimal pictures are on a flat surface, with the tag and error clearly displayed.
After you’ve received your order, you have 7 days to address any damage/quality issues.
Orders are usually processed and shipped within 10 days, although due to nationwide shipping carrier delays we cannot guarantee delivery times.
Please note that although our website may provide shipping and delivery time frames, these are only estimates and delivery may be impacted by order volume, inventory and more.
We we will contact you with a tracking number as soon as it is available and appreciate your patience.
All sales are final.
Once an order is placed, your contest entries are automatically and immediately submitted to our sweepstakes company and cannot be withdrawn.
For legal reason we cannot tamper with the entries for the giveaway vehicles.
Any item you would like to exchange for another size or style must be in new, unused, unworn, unwashed condition.
After you’ve received your order, You have 7 days to request a exchange if needed.
Customer will be responsible for shipping charges for the new product. You can exchange merchandise for any item or items of equal value, or you may increase and pay the cost increase. We cannot approve any downgrade that would result in a refund.
Contest entries cannot be altered or rescinded.
